The main objective of international relations of the ECC is exchange of experiences concerning development of ecumenical activities here and elsewhere.

The Estonian Council of Churches is an associate member of the Conference of European Churches. There is close cooperation with councils of churches in other European countries as well as with the World Council of Churches.
